Boko Haram Terrorists Reveal Their Faces As They Observe Eid Prayers

Despite immense efforts by the Nigerian military to flush out the insurgents troubling the northern states, it however seems that the dreaded Boko Haram terrorists are gathering more confidence by the day.

The latest of such display of audacity, is the release of some pictures by the ISWAP faction of Boko Haram, which showed the extremists observing Eid-el-Fitr prayers in the open at different locations in Borno forest.

According to images, the terrorists comfortably left their faces uncovered, not minding if they could be identfied by anyone or the military.

The Eid-el-Fitr was celebrated by most Muslims faithful across the globe on May 13.

It will be recalled that the Boko Haram terrorists has over the years killed hundreds of people while thousands are displaced through their violent activities in the northern states.

Although the Nigerian military has continued to wave war against the dreaded group, there seems to be more work to be done, as the terrorists keep launching offensive attacks against military base and also destroying government facilities.

Just about two weeks ago, the Boko Haram fighters were said to have have hoisted its flag in Kaure village, Shiroro Local Council of Niger State.

Governor, Abubakar Bello, revealed that the terrorists forcefully took over the wives of some of the villagers and allocated them to themselves.

Moreover, few days ago, the dreaded group was said to have engaged in the distribution of Ramadan welfare packages to some residents of Borno and Yobe states.

According to Saharareporters, the package which were distributed by the terrorists included rice, beans, millet, maize, sugar, spaghetti and cash gifts, a gesture aimed at inducing the villagers to join the terrorist group as fighters.
