Following the murder of Allegra Yaba Mensah, an 11-month-old baby girl at her childcare center, many people are blaming the mother for bringing her little princess to school.

They claim that she should have cared for her at home for at least a couple of years beforehand. They have come to the conclusion that the mother is completely responsible for the incident and should be held accountable.

Others have expressed a different viewpoint, stating that their viewpoint is dependent on their degree of experience. There are times when a mother has no option but to explore alternate measures of ensuring her child's survival for the sake of the child's future.

No scrooge will pay more for a mother-care facility to look after her child only for the sake of having fun. Unfortunately, the CCTV camera that was supposed to rescue lives was unable to do so. It is not the mother's fault. She is a hero attempting to make the best of her child's situation.

When things with children go wrong, women are instantly blamed. When the children become helpful to society, however, some of these men feel entitled to a share of the children's prosperity. It's pitiful and disgusting.

Their children are the responsibility of both parents. Mind you, the women chasing money aren't doing it for selfish motives; they're also seeking to provide a better life for their children.

Finally, some suggested that if your employer can hire and pay high-paid professional women, demand that they provide a daycare on site so that you may bring your child to work. They don't understand why a corporation can give you a high income but not provide a separate room with a bathroom and two staff members to assist nursing moms who work with them. That is the most effective technique to achieve a perfect equilibrium in these matters.

However, Ama K. Abebrese, a well-known Ghanaian actress, has written extensively on the matter and expressed her feelings. The fact is that no one should put the responsibility at the woman because maternity leave is just for three months.
